CeraPlus is our new 8-segment ceramic transition pad, built to cut faster and last longer than typical ceramic transition pads. A ceramic bond holds the diamond in place so it keeps cutting pass after pass, taking out stubborn metal-bond scratches in fewer passes, leaving a consistent scratch pattern, and often letting you skip the last metal step. At 15mm tall, each pad carries more working ceramic for longer life.

The backing is bonded to stay put. Hook-and-loop separation and pads tearing off the backing are a common failure on ceramic transition pads; CeraPlus is built to stay attached through the full life of the pad. The ceramic bond is also copper-free, so there is no copper transfer to stain light-colored concrete or terrazzo.

  • Purpose: Removes metal-bond scratches and hones the floor for resin polishing
  • Flooring types: Soft, medium and hard concrete, plus terrazzo and overlays
  • Use: Dry or wet
  • Grits: 30, 50, 100, 200, 400
  • Diameter: 3"
  • Height: 15mm

  • Bond: Ceramic, copper-free (non-staining)
  • Backing: Hook-and-loop, built to resist separation; fits standard 3" pad holders on planetary and rotary grinders
  • Operating speed: Planetary 1,800–2,400 RPM · Rotary 300 RPM
  • In the sequence: After metal bond, before resin
  • Tool life: Approx. 20,000 sq ft per set*
